How Weekly Cashback Works
Cashback is calculated on your net weekly losses. Net loss means what remains after subtracting your total winnings from your total losses for that week. For example — if in a given week you placed a total of ৳30,000 in bets, won ৳10,000 and lost ৳30,000, your net loss is ৳20,000. Your tier's cashback rate applies to this net amount.
Cashback is settled once a week and added directly to your account. There is no need to make a separate claim — it is applied automatically.
Sample Calculation — Gold Member
There is no separate wagering requirement to receive cashback. It is added automatically and is not counted as bonus funds.

Balancing Cashback and Responsible Play
VIP cashback is a rewards system — it should never be a reason to play more. Playing beyond your budget in hopes of earning cashback, or placing more bets to recover losses, are both harmful habits.
Keep in Mind
No matter how high the cashback rate, it does not make up for losses — it is only a small offset. Getting back 0.2% to 1.2% of your net loss means the remaining 98.8% to 99.8% of the loss remains.
Set a gaming budget in advance and do not go beyond it. Treat playing as entertainment — not a source of income. If you need help, read the responsible gaming guidelines.
